At least 63 people, including nine children, have died in air strikes believed to be carried out by Russian warplanes on a town in eastern Syria, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said on Sunday.
At least 29 civilians were killed in air strikes suspected to have been carried by Russian warplanes on a village in eastern Syria on Saturday, a monitoring group said.
Fierce fighting raged Saturday between regime forces backed by Russian air strikes and Islamic State group fighters in northern Aleppo province, a monitor said.
