The death toll from a migrant boat disaster off Egypt's coast climbed to 133 on Friday as rescuers recovered more bodies from the Mediterranean.
At least 700 migrants may have died at sea this past week in the busiest week of migrant crossings from Libya towards Italy this year, Medecins San Frontieres and the UN Refugee agency said on Sunday.
More than 2,400 migrants and three corpses have been recovered from people smugglers' boats off Libya since Tuesday, Italy's coastguard said Wednesday.
