Thousands of Yemenis, many of them armed, gathered at the United Nations headquarters in Sanaa calling for an international investigation into an air strike on a wake this weekend that was widely blamed on Saudi-led forces.
At least 27 Yemeni soldiers were killed in a government offensive, backed by Saudi-led forces, which drove Al-Qaeda militants out of a key southeastern city, military officials and medics said.
