Police in southwest France arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with the jihadist killing of a priest in a Normandy church last month, judicial sources said Wednesday.
Qatar Tuesday condemned as "contrary to all human values" the deadly attack in France which saw a priest killed by followers of the Islamic State group.
The imam of the mosque in the northern French town where a church was attacked Tuesday said he was "stunned" by the murder of the local priest, who he described as a friend.
The Islamic State group said Tuesday that two of its "soldiers" stormed a French church and slit a priest's throat, the latest attack in a country already shaken to its core by a series of terror strikes.
