At least 30 people have died in heavy monsoon rains and floods in central and northern India over the past three days, officials and news reports said Sunday.
Thousands of Indians were left stranded overnight Friday as major traffic gridlock paralysed roads leading to a key business city near New Delhi and authorities struggled to get the situation under control.
