Former Singapore president S. R. Nathan, whose colourful career included stints as a spymaster and diplomat, died in hospital on Monday, the government said in a statement.
The former president of Singapore, S R Nathan, is in a critical condition in hospital after suffering a stroke on Sunday morning, a statement from the Prime Minister's Office said.
