Qtel is set to increase its wide range of service options for customers this year, as the company looks to boost the level of convenience and easy access offered to people throughout Qatar.
Across the country, customers can access Qtel’s products and services at more than 4,000 authorised dealers, 20 retail shops and 200 self-service machines (SSMs) in convenient locations round the clock.
In 2013, Qtel will continue to enhance its physical presence through its nationwide network of shops and SSMs in order to reach more customers. The company is also enhancing the training and support programme for its dealer network.
The nationwide SSM network was enhanced in 2012 by the addition of vouchers for a range of hotels, retail options, entertainment experiences and dining options.
Qtel plans to continue to add new partners to this network this year, so that customers enjoy the widest choice and best value when they use SSMs.
In addition, Qtel plans to add new features to its award-winning eShop, which attracts thousands of visitors every month. At the eShop - www.qtel.qa/eshop - customers can purchase all Qtel products and services, including Hala SIM cards, Shahry plans, easy-to-remember numbers and the latest smartphones and home Internet devices.
Customers who top up their Hala accounts using the eTopUp facility enjoy a 10% bonus.
The company is also encouraging more small- and medium-sized businesses to sign up for its services at the state-of-the-art business centres.
