Both apartments include a living room, dining room, a spacious kitchen and two bathrooms. The two-bedroom apartment will also have a maid’s room with its own bathroom and a large balcony with a view of the marina and the sea.

“To enable prospective customers and buyers to get a feel of their dream home and provide valuable inputs into the decision-making process, the doors of the prototype are now open for their viewing pleasure and experience,” elaborated Qatar Coral director Ziad el-Khalil. “With the model unit and all apartments at VB23-Viva Bahriya featuring similarly stylish modern interiors built with the highest standards of luxurious specifications using the pick of materials and fine craftsmanship, I wouldn’t be surprised if a customer wants to move in immediately after stepping into the sample unit.”

The state-of-the-art interiors of all VB23 apartments include cove lighting in the living, dining and master bedrooms with V&B sanitary ware and Grohe fittings. With 20 floors above its lobby, VB23-Viva Bahriya has a total of 162 units divided into studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses and chalets. It also has two swimming pools - one for adults and another for children. At the moment, 100% of the structures, 85% of MEP work and 78% of interior finishing have been completed at VB23.
