Bangladesh Cultural Forum (BCF) is set to host a concert on the first day of Eid al-Fitr.
The event, organised by BCF and presented by Echolac and Bajaj Herbals, will be held in the volleyball association hall at Al Arabi Stadium from 7pm-1am.
The concert will feature performances by several well-known artistes. They include playback singer Andrew Kishor, Monir Khan who has delivered more than 100 hit songs , well-known singer Baby Naznin, award-winning singer Doly Shaontoni , popular actress and model Kusum Sikdar , well-known actress Banna Mirza , model, actress and dancer Riya and Farah Roma, TV and film actress.
Syed Masud Mahmood Khundoker, Bangladesh’s Ambassador to Qatar, will attend the concert as chief guest.
“More than 5,000 music lovers will enjoy the concert, tickets for which will be available at all leading Bangladeshi outlets,” said BCF president Mohamed Ohid Bhuiyan.
