Vodafone Qatar yesterday announced that Al Safwa Centre will re-inforce its proposition to Business customers.
The telecom provider is expanding its team to provide outstanding Business Services by crafting tailor-made solutions for corporate clients.
Being the focus of all business activities, Vodafone’s increased investment in Al Safwa strongly underpins the company’s strategy to dedicate customised touch-points befitting the business needs of this specific segment.
Niraj Singh, director of Vodafone Business Services said: “Al Safwa Centre’s location in the heart of Doha’s most prestigious commercial district, West Bay, makes it ideal to cater to the needs of Qatar’s businesses.
“We have built Al Safwa as a specific answer to our corporate clients who are looking to draw on our global track record and deep-rooted local knowledge in addition to access to bespoke channels and platforms that suit their business line and help to enhance their operations.
“Al Safwa will be geared towards a sole focus on serving businesses and industries. Our VIP retail customers can now be welcomed at our store in Villaggio and hosted at the exclusive VIP lounge housed on the mezzanine floor of this outlet.”
Vodafone inaugurated Al Safwa Centre, located in Alfardan tower, earlier this year marking the next chapter as a provider of Business Services in the country and reflecting the company’s steadfast commitment to deliver a suite of unmatched and innovative business products.
Vodafone’s business customers’ experience at Al Safwa is reinforced with the latest technology and business products that are available to all corporations in the country. Another stand out feature at Al Safwa is the Machine to Machine demonstration.
Also on show is the Customer Premises Equipment that Vodafone installs for its enterprise customers, which enables all the products in the Vodafone Business Services portfolio, from Internet access to VPN and leased lines. Vodafone can deliver speeds of up to 1Gbps.
Al Safwa also features an Innovation Room where Vodafone holds workshops with senior executives from a single company at a time to understand the direction of their business, explore how new technologies might help them to get ahead of the game and then plan out a roadmap for how Vodafone and the business customer can create solutions that will deliver a leap forward for these companies.
To schedule a visit and for more information on Vodafone Business Services, business customers can visit www.vodafone.qa/business. Al Safwa Centre is open Saturday to Thursday between 8am to 6pm.
