HE the Minister of State for Defence Affairs Major General Hamad bin Ali al-Attiyah yesterday met in Doha British Defence Senior Adviser for the Middle East Lieutenant General Simon Mayall who is currently visiting Qatar. Talks dealt with military ties and matters of mutual concern. The meeting was attended by Qatar Armed Forces Chief of Staff Major General Ghanim bin Shaheen al-Ghanim and British Ambassador to Qatar Nicholas Hopton.
