Vodafone Qatar has announced that all new and existing postpaid and mobile broadband customers are eligible for a 50% discount on all monthly plans for five months.
All new customers will also benefit from an additional discount up to the value of QR2,500 on Star numbers.
To take advantage of this offer, customers will need to subscribe to Vodafone postpaid, upgrade their prepaid number to postpaid or switch their mobile number from another operator to Vodafone before November 30.
Current postpaid customers can contact customer care on 122 or visit the nearest Vodafone store.
Vodafone launched postpaid services in the market in June 2012 with four plans: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each plan comes with local minutes, SMSes and data.
“Offering 50% discount on all postpaid monthly plans for the second time in one year is an unprecedented initiative by a service provider in Qatar. This strongly reflects our steadfast efforts to continue providing great value to our postpaid customers,” said Mohamed al-Yami, executive director of external affairs.
“Vodafone has exceeded its 1,000,000-customer mark in Qatar, a milestone that strongly reflects our relentless commitment to bring to market products and services that are second to none.”
With 20 retail stores in its distribution network, Vodafone Qatar has recently reopened its multi-functional super store at Villaggio mall, housing a dedicated area for VIP customers and a customer care team to meet their needs.
The company has also inaugurated two new franchise outlets at LuLu (Al Khor) and Old Airport Street, serving key residential and commercial areas in the country.
For more information about this promotion, customers can call Vodafone’s postpaid customer care on 122 or visit vodafone.qa/Postpaid
