Former Doha resident and architect C R K Menon (68) passed away at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi in India yesterday. Menon had been ailing for quite some time.
He leaves behind his wife Lakshmi Devi and two sons, Dr Rajesh and Dr Suresh. Menon’s cremation will take place in Kochi today. Menon was the son of Puliyankot Narayanan Nair, a well-known public transport operator and industrialist in Kerala’s Thrissur in the 1970s.
He was the elder brother of prominent NRI entrepreneur and Doha resident Padma Sri C K Menon, CEO of Behzad Group of Companies.
