HEC Paris School of Management has conducted two orientation and launch events to welcome new participants from the Class of 2015 of its Specialised Master Degree in the Strategic Business Unit Management programme and the EMBA programme.

At the orientation and launch event for the new participants of the Specialised Master Degree in Strategic Business Unit Management, top officials visiting from Paris included Karine Le Joly, director of innovation and academic co-ordination, and Barbara Miller, programme head for Qatar.

At the orientation and launch for new participants of HEC Paris EMBA programme, both Le Joly and Miller were again present, along with Matthew Gibb, director of Executive MBA (EMBA) at HEC Paris and Dr David Prior, executive vice-president at HEC Paris.

Guest speakers at the launch ceremony were Jean-Christophe Peaucelle, France’s ambassador to Qatar, and Nasser al-Ansari, representative of HEC Paris EMBA Class of 2013.

“We are proud to welcome to the HEC Paris community all the new participants of Class of 2015,” said Professor Laoucine Kerbache, the chief executive and academic dean of HEC Paris in Qatar.
