Mannai Corporation’s Board of Directors has recommended a 55% cash dividend to their shareholders, which works out to QR5.5 a share.
The recommendation will be submitted for approval by the company’s annual general assembly, which will be held at Grand Hyatt on March 23 at 6pm.
Mannai Corporation Group has earned a net profit of QR539mn last year, up 16.3% on QR464mn posted in 2012.
The group revenues were up 17.5% and reached QR5.6bn last year.
