To enter the contest, customers simply had to use the app to make payments or money transfers.
Launched in October, the campaign continues to celebrate Commercial Bank’s “market-leading” Mobile Banking app, which provides an “innovative and convenient” way for customers to bank wherever and whenever they choose.
Commercial Bank’s Mobile Banking app offers convenient everyday banking solutions to support day-to-day transactions online, including local and international money transfers, credit card payments and Ooredoo and Kahramaa bill payments. The app also supports customers paying bills for a range of schools, health clubs and Qatar Cool.
The QR20,000 voucher was presented to Shhadeh by Commercial Bank executive general manager (Retail and Consumer Banking), Dean Proctor; Commercial Bank AGM, head (Digital Banking) Sharon Maguire; Regency Travel & Tours CEO Nasser al-Qudwa; and Regency Travel & Tours sales manager Wasim Raja.
Proctor said, “Commercial Bank’s Mobile Banking app rose to become Qatar’s number one financial app for October, with a 70% increase in customers using the app since its launch. Commercial Bank’s Mobile Banking services are not only safe, but rewarding too, and our customers can look forward to more exciting prize draws in the future.”
