Alfardan Premier Motors Co, the exclusive importer of Land Rover in Qatar, organised its annual Land Rover Ride & Drive Desert Event with a day of daring drives, advanced desert driving tips from experts and family entertainment for customers, prospects, friends and families at Khor Al Udaid - the Inland Sea. |
The invited guests received training on how to safely navigate Qatar’s deserts and seashores before putting the full range of Land Rover’s high-performing 4x4 vehicles through their paces as they were taken on an adrenaline-filled drive by off-road experts across the sand dunes of one of Qatar’s most famous sites of natural beauty.
The day included other family-friendly activities, culminating in a barbecue at the campsite at Khor Al Udaid.
Hussein Adra, Marketing and CRM manager of Alfardan Premier Motors, said: “This annual event is an excellent opportunity to thank all our long-standing customers for their loyalty by treating them to a fun, family day out in one of the most beautiful spots in Qatar.
“It gave our most valued clients and fans the chance to enjoy some extreme driving in stunning surroundings and to experience first-hand how their Land Rover 4x4s can really tackle the desert terrain and sandy dunes, as well as to learn from the experts how to safely navigate challenging off-road conditions. Our thanks go to all participants and everyone who made this year’s Land Rover Ride & Drive Desert Event such a success.”
