The Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA) has launched an application for Android phone users for the latest news to be followed easily and for the most important issuances of the QFMA to become accessible by those interested and dealers in the capital market. “The application contains many aspects including the awareness and educating aspect of the QFMA’s objectives, mission and functions, allowing to know about the QFMA and its legal regulations,” Ahmed Salim, director of media and communication department, said. The application will be a link between the QFMA and interested parties and dealers - whether individuals or companies - so that they can find laws, regulations and reports in a simplified electronic way, as well as know about the listed companies and financial services companies dealing in the capital market, he added.
