Qatar Airways is the event host of the 70th International Air Transport Association (Iata) Annual General Meeting (AGM) and World Air Transport Summit that will be held in Doha from June 1 to 3.
Other local sponsors include Ooredoo and Alfardan Automobiles, an airline release here yesterday said.
Final preparations are well under way to welcome more than 1,000 delegates to the event, it said.

Qatar Airways will be flying many senior airline executives and more than 200 international media to the event.
Ooredoo will participate as the events official telecom partner by providing state-of-the-art laptops at the media centre, LCD television screens to be used at the conference, as well as Hala SIM cards and superfast 4G Internet upgrades for the delegates.
Alfardan Automobiles will be the official VIP transport partner providing guests with transportation for the entire duration of the event.
