HE the Minister of Environment Ahmed Amer Mohamed al-Humaidi has praised the great efforts of State of Qatar in economic and social development under the wise leadership of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani. In a speech at the Environment and Sustainability Forum, which the Environment Ministry organised yesterday evening in conjunction with the Youth Company in Doha to mark the World Environment Day, HE al-Humaidi said: “Qatar has already started in developing socially and economically while ensuring environmental safety. Our aim towards environmental sustainability in preserving the environment and natural resources for the upcoming generations, with the same level which is available for the current generation and the youth have a huge role in the environmental affairs by creating enlightened mentality and the creative ideas development of social curriculum.”
