Winners of Shreya Ghoshal show named

 Abdul Rahim Hamza, James John and Rehna Riyaz display three of the winning coupons at the draw yesterday.

The winners of tickets for the Shreya Ghoshal concert were announced yesterday at the draw held at the office of Gulf Times, the media sponsors. In the exclusive draw for Gulf Times readers, the winning coupons were drawn by Abdul Rahim Hamza, programme director with Rehna Riyaz, marketing head, Rami Productions, while James John, assistant general manager-marketing,

Gulf Times, presided.

The winners of a VIP ticket each to the event are Komal S, Sunny Dean, Prasanth C, Partho Ganguly, Roshan R and Mani Swaminathan.

Shreya Ghoshal would perform at West End Park on October 5, from 5.30pm. The winners are requested to contact Gulf Times at 44466620 for their tickets.

Bursting onto the Indian musical scene as the winner of the music contest reality show Sa Re Ga Ma, Shreya Ghoshal impressed even veterans in the field like Kalyanji of Kalyanji-Anandji. Earning a break into playback at a very young age, Shreya easily captivated music lovers with her voice and range. She went on to sing in a variety of languages including Malayalam, Assamese, Nepali, in addition to her native Bengali. Her uncanny clarity and delivery has won her staunch following in every language, attested by the scores of National, State and Filmfare awards that came her way.
