Officials of Vacheron Constantin have presented a unique watch specifically designed for Alfardan Group chairman Hussain Ibrahim Alfardan, reinforcing the two companies’ 40-year partnership.

Vacheron Constantin CEO Juan-Carlos Torres and international director Yann Bouillonnec were in Qatar recently to discuss the company’s long-term partnership with Alfardan Jewellery and future collaborations.

Alfardan welcomed the two officials, who paid a visit to the luxurious Alfardan Jewellery boutiques in Doha and viewed the company’s exclusive and international branded collections of jewellery and watches.

“Our longstanding strategic partnership with Vacheron Constantin falls in line with our uncompromising commitment to quality and excellence in the delivery of unparalleled luxury products and services,” Alfardan said.

He stressed that the quality of the “prestigious watches” produced by the Swiss company is “unprecedented” and “complements the taste of the company’s target market in Qatar as well as the entire Middle East region.”

Alfardan noted that the visit gave both parties the opportunity to thoroughly discuss “mutually beneficial co-operation” and how they can elevate their partnership to the next level to exceed customer expectations.

“It was a highly-fruitful visit that will lead to an even stronger and profitable co-operation. As one of our valued partners, Alfardan Jewellery shares with them its success and achievements. We look forward to more strategic and reinforced collaborations with them in the future,” Alfardan said.

During the visit, the Vacheron Constantin executives also toured the Al Tawash Pearl Gallery for a closer look at Alfardan’s stunning collection of the world’s most beautiful natural pearls.

The gallery primarily highlights Qatar’s centuries-old association with pearls, which for many years has been a source of pride, joy, and wealth for Qataris. The pearl symbolises the traditions and rich culture of Qatar, and pearl trading that played a fundamental role in shaping the present social and economic landscape of the country.

Founded in 1755 by Jean Marc Vacheron, the prestigious Vacheron Constantin is one of the oldest watch manufacturers in the world with an uninterrupted history. It has maintained its traditions of watch-making excellence for more than 255 years.

Held in high regard by watch connoisseurs and enthusiasts, Vacheron Constantin’s strengths lie in its superlative technical mastery, aesthetic know-how, and high-level quality.

The company joined Richemont Group in 1996 and has managed to open more than 15 boutiques and 500 shops in 80 countries worldwide.

Known for its exclusive and international branded diamond jewellery and watches, Alfardan Jewellery has brought Vacheron Constantin’s high-end products to the Middle East among to join internationally-acclaimed brands.

From a small jewellery shop in 1954, Alfardan Jewellery has grown to become one of the region’s leading companies. It was the first business unit to be opened by the Alfardan family and was a huge success from the start.

Today, Alfardan Group has become the standard of family-oriented entrepreneurial excellence and is divided into automotive, jewellery, currency exchange, investment, property development, marine services, and hospitality. Its major affiliates include Alfardan Properties Oman, Alfardan Jewellery Saudi, and Araco.
