Kazakhstan. The visit aims to consolidate and enhance the cultural relations between Qatar and Kazakhstan as well as to sign a cultural co-operation agreement. The invitation was handed over by Kazakh Ambassador to Qatar Askar Shokybayev during a meeting yesterday with the Minister.
