The four-day workshop on holding the 13th UN Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice concluded in Doha yesterday.
The workshop was attended by a number of delegates from different departments, including preparatory committee members and officers from the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice, Public Prosecution and General Secretariat of the Council of
Ministers.
The workshop discussed topics related to the conference.
Maj Gen Abdullah Yusuf al-Mal, adviser to the Minister of Interior, honoured the lecturers and distributed certificates to the participants at the closing ceremony.
Maj Gen al-Mal is also the chairman of the preparatory committee of the 13th UN Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice to be held from April 12-19 in Doha.
