QNB held a graduation ceremony on January 29 that welcomed a new batch of employees within the Group as part of its induction programme for 2015. QNB holds regular “Group Induction Programmes” for new employees to improve staff capabilities and help them adapt and integrate faster into the bank’s international network. The latest programme, composed of 11 modules, started on December 14, 2014 and culminated last month. Graduates of the programme will join QNB in a range of roles as tellers and customer service agents in retail banking within the Group Operations function.
