HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani meeting with governors of monetary agencies and central banks in the Co-operation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) yesterday. The meeting at the Emiri Diwan, which was attended by HH the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani, reviewed relations among the GCC countries and prospects for enhancing their joint efforts. The governors called on the Emir to greet him on the occasion of their visit to Qatar to participate in the 61st meeting of the GCC Monetary Agencies and Central Banks Committee and the 33rd meeting of the Gulf Monetary Council, being held in Doha.
