Qatar Expo 2015 Pavilion, Katara Hospitality sign pact

The Committee of Qatar Expo 2015 Pavilion signed a co-operation agreement with Katara Hospitality yesterday.  
Under the agreement, Katara Hospitality will manage and secure hospitality services and accommodation for visitors, guests and delegations participating in the Qatar Pavilion, by providing them with accommodation in Excelsior Hotel Gallia in Milan during the six-month expo period. The exhibition will run from 1 May until the end of October this year.
HE Sultan bin Rashid al-Khater, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce and the Chairman of the Qatar Expo 2015 Pavilion, and Hamad Abdulla al-Mulla, CEO and board member of Katara Hospitality, signed the agreement which provides co-ordination and co-operation between the two parties in other opportunities in order to achieve the goals of Qatar’s participation in the event.
Speaking during a press conference after the agreement signing, al-Khater lauded the formal partnership with Katara Hospitality, which owns Excelsior Hotel Gallia in Milan, Italy, where the international Expo 2015 will take place, commending the high level of efficiency attained by national companies and institutions in all areas.
He also highlighted the role that the private sector should play during the expo by participating in the national pavilion, which seeks to introduce the world to the progress and prosperity achieved by Qatar at all levels and in all areas.
