A large delegation of Romanian businesspersons is set to visit Qatar in October to explore the Qatari business environment and work out partnerships with their Qatari counterparts.
A delegation of Romania Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIR), headed by CCIR president Milhai Darban, has visited Qatar Chamber (QC) to explore opportunities of investment in the private sector of both countries. Darban said that the upcoming visit by the Romanian businesspersons would be a good opportunity for both parties to establish effective partnerships in many fields.
The visiting delegation was received by QC board member Adel al-Mannai and QC director general Remi Ruhani. Daran stressed that Romania had good agricultural land and was looking forward for the investment of Qatari businessmen in such field. He stressed that his country gave foreign investors excellent incentives and facilities.
Besides, he said that Romania had a great experience in the oil and gas industry, which can be used to enhance business co-operation between the two countries. Al-Mannai said that Qatar was experiencing a great economic boom in all fields and welcomed business co-operation with Romanian companies in all possible fields.
