Dolphin Energy receives Crystal Award at Qatarisation Review Meet

Adel Ahmed Albuainain receiving the award from Saad Sherida al-Kaabi as Dr Mohamed bin Saleh al-Sada looks on.

Dolphin Energy has received the Crystal Award in the category of ‘Support for Training and Development’ at the 2015 Annual Qatarisation Review Meeting of the energy and industry sector’s Strategic Qatarisation Plan.
Adel Ahmed Albuainain, general manager, Dolphin Energy Qatar, received the award and Certificate of Appreciation from the Minister of Energy and Industry HE Dr Mohamed bin Saleh al-Sada, and Saad Sherida al-Kaabi, president and CEO, Qatar Petroleum.
“It is a proud moment for Dolphin Energy to win the prestigious crystal award three years running,” Albuainain said, observing that it takes a lot of hard work to succeed but maintaining success is an even bigger challenge especially when the
competition is so strong.
“Our training and development team and Qatarisation award committee have worked extremely hard in their quest to provide tangible training and development opportunities at the company. The award is testament to their hard work in ensuring we have enhanced the opportunities available to our national employees.”
Dolphin Energy won the Qatarisation Certificate in 2011 and two Crystal Awards in 2012 and 2013. This year’s award was given in recognition of the company’s outstanding performance in the field of training and development in 2014. As Dolphin Energy has now won the crystal award three years in a row, the company will keep the award permanently.
Stating that Dolphin Energy has continued to demonstrate a firm and lasting commitment to Qatarisation and human development as one of the key pillars of the Qatar National Vision 2030, Albuainain congratulated the training and development teams and all the members of the Qatarisation award committee.
