Spurred by increased demand for Cadillac Escalade and ATS Coupe, Mannai Auto Group, official agents for Cadillac in Qatar, have announced more than doubled year-on-year retail consumer sales during January-April this year.
“We are especially proud to be one of the biggest growth markets in the region for Cadillac having registered triple digit (167%) growth in the first four months of the year,” according to Mohammed Helmy, Group general manager, Mannai Auto.
This is accompanied by healthy double-digit fleet sales and combined sales growth of 138%. Launches of the all-new Cadillac Escalade and ATS Coupe have helped to boost sales over the last year, while the CTS sedan continues to be a top marque alongside the Escalade in Qatar, Mannai Auto said.
“The retail consumer segment has been bolstered by greater brand affinity driven by an expanding product portfolio featuring dramatic design and technology,” Helmy said.
Cadillac’s portfolio in Qatar features passenger cars ATS, CTS and XTS as well as the SRX crossover and Escalade SUV. Cadillac also offers customers a high-level after sales service experience through the premium care programme.
Mannai Auto was recently recognised by General Motors Middle East for its implementation of the Cadillac premium care plus programme, a continually evolving set of standards designed by Cadillac Middle East in consultation with regional dealer partners to elevate the experience of premium customers during their service visits.
The Cadillac premium care plus programme includes service and maintenance for four years/100,000 km; warranty for four years/100,000 km; regional roadside assistance for four years; courtesy transportation; and airport pick up and drop.
