Ooredoo to double Nojoom point donations during Ramadan

Ooredoo has announced a special promotion to “encourage the joy of giving that comes with the holy month”.
With the new promotion, all donations made to Nojoom charity partners - Qatar Charity, Sheikh Eid Bin Mohamed al-Thani Charitable Association (also known as Eid Charity) and Afif - will be doubled by Ooredoo for free.
Members can donate using their points for vouchers starting at QR25 up to QR2,000. Whatever customers donate, Ooredoo has announced they will match the donation.
Ramadan is a special time of the year, one to spend with family, which is why throughout the month members can treat their loved ones to Iftar and Suhoor meals at participating Nojoom partners, including The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, The Torch and La Cigale.
Redemptions can be made starting at 7,750 Nojoom points for an Iftar meal for one and 6,250 Nojoom points for a Suhoor meal for one. Once the SMS voucher is received, members can visit the customer service at each of the hotels to exchange for their Iftar and Suhoor meal vouchers.
Fatima Sultan al-Kuwari, director of community and public relations at Ooredoo, said: “We are delighted to bring Nojoom members offers that encourage shared experiences for families during the holy month, as well as giving back to the community. Through our partners, Qatar Charity, Eid Charity and Afif Charity, we hope to be able to show those in need the true spirit of Ramadan.”
Nojoom members can log into their Nojoom account via the Ooredoo website or app to make a redemption.
Ooredoo has launched a series of special offers and several community and charity events that will take place across the country throughout the month of Ramadan.
Customers can follow Ooredoo’s Ramadan campaign via the Ooredoo Facebook and Twitter pages.
