Strong winds and poor visibility due to dusty conditions are expected in Qatar today, according to the Met office. Strong winds and high seas are forecast for offshore areas too. Temperatures will range from 30 to 45 degrees Celsius across the country, the Weather Office said yesterday. Visibility will be 4-8km, decreasing to 3km or less at times. Northwesterly winds in the 15-25-knot range are expected in inshore areas, going up to 30 knots at times and decreasing to 5-15 knots by night. Offshore, northwesterly winds are forecast, also in the range of 15-25 knots, reaching 30 knots at times.
