Al Ali: Al Sadd set to benefit from Xavi experience

Al Sadd Sports Club Head of Football Mohamed Ghanem al-Ali stressed the importance of the preparation period which the football team started few days ago, expressing his happiness for the team to be in full capacity especially with the joining of the international players on Saturday’s training session.
Bu Ghanem continued his statement  “The preparation period is the actual measure for the team  and their preparation for the year ahead. Therefore the technical staff and players should benefit from both the physical and technical aspects for the new season.”
He added: “The team consitiutes of the best citizen players in addition to the four professional players on top of which the Spanish legend Xavi Hernandez who is a huge asset to the team with his several experiences.”
Commenting on the date on which Xavi will join the training sessions, he said: “Xavi will join the team’s training sessions during the external training camp in Austria from the 25th July to 9th of August.”
Commenting on the renewing the contract of the defender Al Mahdi Ali, al-Ali said: “Al Mahdi is the son of Al Sadd Club who is considered one of the best Qatari defenders and there will no issues regarding renewing his contract.”

Ammouta returns to lead Al Sadd
Al Sadd Sports Club football team Moroccan head coach Hussein Ammouta commenced leading the team›s training session which was held on Saturday evening following the Eid break.
Al Sadd returned to their training sessions on 12th July with the assistant coach Hisham Zahed. Ammouta was keen to meet with the players before the commencement of the training session and talked about the importance of the coming period which will involve preparation ahead of the coming season’s fixtures.
The team›s training session on Saturday witnessed the increase of the physical training load with the Brazilian physical fitness trainer Joao who set his training program for both individual and collective drills.
Saturday’s training session witnessed the return of Hassan al-Haydoos, Ali Asad, Abdel Kareem Hassan and Saad al-Dossari after the end of their rest following their participations with the Qatar national team. Whilst fellow national team stars Khalfan Ibrahim, Al Mahdi Ali and Mohamed Kasola will join the team within two days along with the Korean professional player Lee Jung Soo.

Al Rayyan sign Koh Myong-jin
Al Rayyan Sports Club  have officially signed  Korean professional player Koh Myong-jin for two seasons. The Club announced this deal via the press conference convened in Al Rayyan Sports Club headquarters on Wednesday evening in the presence of the Club Vice President Rahsed al-Khalifah, the club head of Football Ali Salem Ofaifa, the player will wear the number 20 for his new side.
Rashed al-Khalifah spoke at the beginning of the press conference who welcomed the player, noting that Al Rayyan had positive experiences with the Korean players, especially since Koh  has been chosen among the best 11 players in the Korean K-league. Al-Khailfah added: “We are confident of Koh›s abilities in leading the midfield line of the team.”
Ali Salem Ofaifah said that they concluded all preparations for the training camp which will be held in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
Koh Myong-jin thanked Al Rayyan Sports Club for choosing him and he said that Al Rayyan is well-known in Korea through the large number of Korean players in the Qatar Stars League and that he joined Al Rayyan to reach to the top.
He added: “Before arriving to Qatar I gathered some information from the Korean players who sued to play in the Qatar Stars League, in particular the previous Al Rayyan player Chu Young who provided me with lots of information.I am well aware that Al Rayyan has a big fanbase same as the Korean Club Seoul and it is even nice that both clubs have the same colours. I used to be the team captain so I will assume the responsibility with Al Rayyan with no pressures.”

Rashedov starts training with Jaish
El Jaish resumed  training sessions in preparation for the new season 2015/2016 of Qatar Stars League, which witnessed the joining of the Uzbek player Sardor Rashedov. The new signing from Uzbek Club Bunyodkor, the talented striker has penned a three year deal with the side who came fourth in last years Qatar Stars League.
It is hoped the new signing will add goals to his new side, who relied heavily on  Brazilian striker Romarinho last season, who scored 16 goals for the soldiers.
El Jaish will continue their daily training sessions followed by a rest during the Eid for three days then will resume their training sessions in Qatar University Stadium before leaving to their training camp on Wednesday in Austria.
El Jaish will play four friendly games during their training camp, starting with the French Club Lens on 5th August,  Italian Club Verona on the 8th August,  Italian Club Udinese on the 12th of August whilst the fourth match isn’t decided yet.

Lekhwiya’s international stars return for training
Lekhwiya Sports Club football team resumed their training sessions on Saturday evening after the Eid break in preparation for the new season.
Returning international players had their individual physical training before joining their teammates. The training witnessed the participation of the international midfielder Ahmed Abdel Masoud. Who has returned from his loan spell at Umm Salal
The team’s training session on Saturday was held on two parts; the morning session in Aspire indoor training field while the evening one was held in the Club’s field. It is scheduled that the team will have daily training sessions until the July 25th, on which the team will travel to the camp in Turkey.

Al Ahli sign Abdel Ghafour Murad
Al Ahli Sports Club have signed  Abdel Ghafour Murad from Al Rayyan on a three year contract.  Al Ahli have been busy in the domestic transfer market this season, with this deal the eighth local player to join the side. Murad joins the likes of  Meshaal Mubarak, Abdullah Ayesh, Khalil Sherif, Abdel Rahman Mesabbah, Mohamed Al Aqeb, Ali al-Boloshi and Taher al-Boloshi. Al Ahli also announced a press conference  pm to introduce the Iranian professional player Buzman Muntazeri who replaced his fellow Iranian Jalal Husseini.
