Ooredoo has announced that it will upgrade the Shahry Smart 450 and 750 packs by enhancing the monthly data allowance and international minute allowance for free.
All Ooredoo Shahry Smart customers who currently subscribe to the 450 pack receive unlimited local calls, 3GB of data and 60 incoming roaming minutes. With the new boost, customers will get the unlimited local minutes and 60 incoming roaming minutes, as well as an increased 6GB of mobile data and 300 international calling minutes for the same monthly price.
Shahry Smart 750 customers will receive their standard unlimited local calling and 300 incoming roaming minutes, as well as an enhanced 10GB of data and 600 international minutes.
The upgrade will be available for all new and existing users. New customers who sign up for a Shahry Smart 450 or 750 pack will be eligible for a 30% discount on their Shahry Smart Pack subscription fee for 12 months, reducing the cost to QR315 for Shahry Smart 450 and QR525 for Shahry Smart 750.
As well as the 30% discount, new and upgrading customers can take advantage of the 10x Data offer, giving customers 10 times their monthly allowance for the same price for 12 months. With the offer, Shahry Smart 450 Pack customers will receive 60GB of data per month for a year, while Shahry Smart 750 users will get 100GB of data.
By upgrading the Shahry Smart packs data and offering 10 times the allowance, Ooredoo aims to enhance the experience of mobile Internet for Qatar’s communities, allowing households to download, stream and share more than before with the boosted data allowance, the statement notes.
Shahry Smart packs offer a host of local and international minutes/SMS, data and access to the 4G+ network. Packs come in denominations of 15, 35, 55, 100, 150, 250, 450 and 750.
