Qatar Charity (QC) has distributed food baskets to 6,050 Yemeni families in 15 governorates across the country at a cost of over QR2mn.
Director of Relief Department in Qatar Charity Ibrahim Ali Abdullah said that the implementation of the project comes as part of QC’s plan to fill the gap in food shortages in Yemen, expressing his thanks to Qatari benefactors.
QC, in co-operation with Charitable Society for Social Welfare, said it had distributed food baskets to the displaced persons affected by the ongoing incidents in the country.
