Ooredoo announced yesterday the expansion of its portfolio of Hala international offers with the launch of the Hala Pakistan Pack.
Priced at QR 5 a week, the Hala Pakistan Pack offers customers a combination of 20 bonus minutes to Pakistan along with the lowest calling rate of 40 Dhs per minute for calls to Pakistan in Qatar.
With this offer, customers will get 20 bonus minutes to Pakistan every week for QR 5 which gives subscribers an effective rate of 25 Dhs per minute, saving 20 Dhs per minute on the International Saver Key rate. For any additional calls to Pakistan, customers will be charged a discounted rate of 40 Dhs/min.
Customers wishing to subscribe to this service can activate the Hala Pakistan Pack for QR 5/week by sending SMS ‘PAK’ (English] and ‘ [Arabic) to 121.
The subscription will automatically renew every week, so that customers can continue to enjoy the benefits of this combo pack for Pakistan. To cancel the service, customers can SMS ‘STOP PAK’ to 121. The 20 bonus minutes will be valid for seven days only.
The Hala Pakistan Pack, which is available from August 11, 2015 for a period of one month, has been launched to help the estimated 90,000 Pakistani expatriates in Qatar to stay connected with friends and family at home, Ooredoo said in a statement.
Customers can also enjoy similar International saving options with keys for Egypt, India, Bangladesh, and the Philippines, along with the International Saver Key for 121 countries.
Ooredoo offers a host of international calling saving options on Qatar’s network for customers wanting to adapt their Hala or Shahry services to better suit their monthly needs.
