HH the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani and HE the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Dr Hamad bin Abdul Aziz al-Kuwari yesterday met separately with Oman’s Minister of Heritage and Culture Sayyid Haitham bin Tarik al-Said. During the meetings, they reviewed relations between the two countries and means of boosting them. HE al-Kuwari also reviewed with his Omani counterpart co-ordination in the topics on the agenda of the GCC Culture Ministers’ Conference to be held in Doha next October and the conference of the Ministers of Culture in the Islamic countries to be held in Muscat in November. The Omani minister arrived in Doha earlier in the day.
