HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani yesterday issued two laws.
The first is law No18 of 2015, regulating the practice of educational services. The second is law No 19 of 2015 on the unified guiding regulation for the control of substances that deplete the ozone layer in the GCC.
The laws are effective starting from the date of publication in the official gazette.
Meanwhile, the Emir issued instruments of ratification to approve draft memorandums of understanding between Qatar and South Korea.
The first was on co-operation in the field of medical care, signed in Seoul on November 5, 2014.
Another instrument of ratification approved a memorandum of understanding on co-operation in the telecommunication and information technology between the two countries. It was signed on the same date.
A third instrument of ratification covers an MoU signed on November 5 between Qatar Central Bank and Bank of Korea.
The final Memorandum of Understanding between the two countries that was ratified yesterday by HH the Emir was on co-operation in the field of tourism. This agreement was signed on March 8, 2015.
The Emir also issued an instrument of ratification approving an MoU regarding air transport, signed between the governments of Qatar and Eritrea.
