Doha yesterday hosted a meeting of the standing committee on Arab culture to discuss the Arab decade for the cultural right.
The two-day meeting is hosted by Qatar’s Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage in co-operation with the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organisation (ALECSO).
