ASPIRE4SPORT Congress begins in Berlin

QNA/Berlin

ASPIRE4SPORT Congress & Exhibition 2015, a two-day exclusive event and networking session, began in Berlin yesterday.
Under the patronage of HE President of the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad al-Thani, the event features a Global Summit related to Football Performance & Science, organised by Aspire Academy, which will bring together leading football and performance optimisation specialists under one roof.
A ‘reverse’ meeting exhibition organised by Aspire Zone and IFP Qatar LLC, will give European sports industry suppliers the opportunity to meet representatives of the most prestigious Qatari authorities and companies, paving the way for future partnerships.
The ASPIRE4SPORT ‘reverse’ meeting exhibition will serve as a business platform that aims to create networking opportunities for European and Qatari sport industry professionals. A wide range of Qatari and Middle Eastern government organisations and companies will attend this event to meet Europe’s leading players.
In the 2014 edition held in Paris, representatives from all sports business sectors—including construction, sports medicine, logistics, event management, communication and technology—were present at what was one of the largest sports events of autumn 2014.
Since the event’s creation in 2010, it has been held in Qatar. As part of its strategic plan, ASPIRE4SPORT will once again take place in Europe. Held in Paris in 2014, the event is being held this year in Berlin. The ASPIRE4SPORT exhibition has been designed as a new kind of collaborative platform, where business networking takes place in an open environment.
