President of Qatar’s National Human Rights Council (NHRC) Ali bin Sumaikh al-Marri meeting Arab League Secretary-General Dr Nabil el-Araby at the Arab League headquarters in Cairo. Al-Marri invited Dr El-Araby to attend an international conference to discuss promoting and protecting human rights in the Arab world. The conference wil be held in Doha on January 13-14 next year.
