The Mexican delegation comprised ambassador Carlos De Icaza; Promexico chief executive Francisco Gonzalez Diaz; Deputy Undersecretary for Public Debt, Ministry of Finance and Public Credit Alejandro Diaz de Lean; General Director for International Affairs, Ministry of Energy Alejandro Amarera; and Director of Strategy, Ministry of Tourism Sergio Holguin Roman.
