A ‘Thattukada’ set up at Safari Mall for the Kerala street food festival.
The bakery and hot food division of Safari Mall has launched once again the “Thattukada” featuring authentic Kerala street food.
More than 75 varieties of food items including irachi puttu, kappa biriyani, thattu dosa, crab curry, and squid curry are the highlights of the event running until November 14.
Due to the overwhelming response received for the Thattukada festival last year, the management has taken special attention to include food items from all the districts of Kerala this year and even the decoration and arrangements have been made to give an authentic feel to the festival.
Apart from the main dishes, snacks such as elayada, achappam, uzhunnuvada, koyukatta, and mulaku vada are also adding flavours to the festival.
“We have specifically flown in two expert chefs for the Thattukada festival,” said Zainull Abideen, director and general manager, Safari Group.
Safari Mall has also launched a sale for readymade dresses, footwear, select toys and home decor with up to 50% discount until November 24. A health and beauty promotion is underway as well.
“The win three Toyota Camry lucky draw with the minimum purchase of QR50 is also drawing massive response,” the official added.
