The Office of the Organisation of the Islamic Da’wa in Qatar has launched 153 projects to provide water in 25 countries, funded by Qatari philanthropists, at total cost of QR3mn.
In a press release issued here yesterday, Director-General of the organisation’s office in Qatar Sheikh Hammad Abdul Qader said that some Qatari philanthropists have donated the funds during the past three months for these projects which are being implemented by the Islamic Da’wa Organisation in 25 African and Arab countries.
