The Advisory Council yesterday held its weekly regular meeting of the 44th ordinary session under the chairmanship of its Speaker HE Mohamed bin Mubarak al-Khulaifi.
HE the Secretary-General of the Advisory Council Fahad bin Mubarak al-Khayareen read out the report of the Advisory Council’s General Secretariat on the draft general budget of the council for the fiscal year 2016, prepared by the General Secretariat, and the council took note of it.
Al-Khayareen read out the agenda which was agreed upon. Then the Council endorsed the minutes of its previous session.

justice sign pact

The Ministry of Economy and Commerce and the Ministry of Justice yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on co-operation in legal and judicial fields.
The Ministry of Economy and Commerce in a statement that signing the MoU comes as part of the ministry’s strategy towards developing human resources and upgrading potential of its staff to enable them to perform their duties efficiently and effectively. The MoU will enable the two ministries to co-operate in areas such as exchange of visits.
