HE the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Dr Hamad bin Abdul Aziz al-Kuwari holding talks with a delegation from the Grand Palais in France led by De Nervaux, Director of Strategy and Development at the Foundation. They reviewed cultural relations between Qatar and France and the means of developing them. They also agreed to hold the second meeting of the Qatari-French committee in the cultural field in January next year. Dr al-Kuwari has been invited to attend the Grand Palais exhibition in Paris.
