Leading real estate agency LS: Keep has partnered with API Investment, a Turkey-based developer, to bring prime Turkish properties to the Doha market.
LS: and API hosted a real estate investment event at Monte’s Café, Tornado Tower last week.
The event showcased properties such as 1-3 BR apartments, penthouses, and villas in Istanbul’s most prime locations with prices starting from $68,000.
“Istanbul, and Turkey in general, has been very attractive to real estate investors from Qatar and other countries as well,” an official from LS: said.
Aside from good weather and topography, Turkey has been named by the website Telegraph.co.uk as fifth among the world’s best places to invest in property. It is also the sixth most popular tourist destination and has a bullish economy, projected to be one of the world’s largest by 2017.
LS: Keep moving had achieved significant success in selling and leasing luxury apartments on Qatar’s man-made island, The Pearl-Qatar. LS: also offers international properties for sale from the UK, UAE, and France.
