Qatar women’s team pose for a photocall ahead of the GCC Women’s Twenty20 Championship, which will be held in Qatar from November 29 to December 3. The announcement was made by the Qatar Cricket Association executive committee, including president M A Shahid, general secretary Manzoor Ahmad and tournament director Gul Khan Jadoon. The tournament, which will be played at the Asian Town Cricket Stadium in the Industrial Area, will see participation of teams from Dubai, Oman and Qatar. The teams will arrive on November 28. The Qatar team was selected by the Selection Committee comprising Gul Khan Jadoon, head of Women’s Cricket Mariam Gul, Shivani Misrah, Syed Hassan Raza, Amjad Baig and Shamasuddin.
