Mowasalat has held a two-day annual festival for its drivers and support staff.
The festival was held as part of the transport company’s efforts to motivate its employees and provide them a worker-friendly environment at their workplace, said a company spokesman.
The festival held at Karwa City witnessed a huge turnout and many entertainment events, including music shows. Many staffers actively participated in the competitions held as part of the event.
Mowasalat CEO Khalid Nasser al-Hail said such events helped to develop remarkably good understanding among different nationalities the company employed, particularly drivers. Such a healthy atmosphere would contribute to a good working environment, he said.
