Minister al-Sada lauds Kahramaa electronic services

Energy and Industry Minister HE Dr Mohamed bin Saleh al-Sada has lauded the Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) for its successful introduction of electronic services at all offices of the corporation.
While complimenting the efforts of the corporation HE al-Sada said the introduction of electronic services would make all operations transparent and the step would help meet the requirements of the customers in a better and effective manner.
The minister’s praise came while he was on his visit of the Customers Service Department in Al Hilal recently.
This would also bring remarkable improvement in the services provided to the customers, he said.
Kahramaa President and Senior Engineer Essa bin Hilal al-Kuwari who   accompanied the minister also had a word of praise for the tireless efforts of his staff at the customer services centre.
While stressing the necessity of improving the services to meet the highest levels of the customers’ satisfaction, al-Kuwari said such improvement would go a long way in making the offices of the corporation more customer-friendly.
